These looks nice and yummy to the eyes, it also looks similar to a particular dough here my country but the difference is that the one here is crispy and has nothing inside.
I love it's shinny skin

What is the name of that food you make? That way I can do some research and learn a little more. One of the attractions of these cachitos is the shine they have.

Here it is called roll-up but I didn't make it, it is sold a snack in our market
