En una taza vamos colocando los huevos uno por uno y luego con la ayuda de un tenedor los mezclamos muy bien, agregamos un poco de sal; por otro lado lavamos muy bien el tomate y la cebolla, cortamos en finos cuadros, esto lo añadimos a los huevos batidos y, por último agregamos un poco de aceite caliente a la sartén, vertimos la mezcla, tapamos, cocinamos a fuego lento hasta que se dore por ambos lados
