ROAST BEEF TO SHARE (ENG-ESP)

Hello my beautiful food community how is everything today from my side here all well and I hope you are too today I want to share a nice evening I had with my children here in my son's apartment.

Hola mi linda comunidad de comida como está todo el día de hoy de mi parte por acá todos bien y espero que ustedes también lo estén hoy quiero compartir una linda velada que tuve con mis hijos aquí en el apartamento de mi hijo.

Monday was a holiday so we decided to get together and make a carne asada to share where my grandchildren, my daughter's mother-in-law and my daughter and her husband had a very nice time.
To make the asado we bought:
1 package of chorizos,
1 kg of meat for roasting,
1 chicken breast and
1 kg of chicharrón.

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

El lunes fue festivo por lo que decidimos reunirnos y hacer una carne asada para compartir donde estuvieron mis nietos, la suegra de mi hija y mi hija con su esposo pasamos un rato muy agradable.
Para hacer el asado compramos:
1 paquete de chorizos,
1 kg de carne para asar,
1 pechuga de pollo y
1 kg de chicharrón.

Once I had all these complements for the roast I prepared them on a griddle in the kitchen until they were golden brown, I started with the crackling, which was the most time consuming part, and on another burner I placed the meat and chicken to roast, once I finished roasting the meat I continued frying the potatoes and meanwhile I finished frying the crackling.

Una vez tenido todos estos complementos para el asado me dispuse a prepararlos en una plancha en la cocina hasta que quedaron dorados empecé por los chicharrones que era lo más que se demoraba y en otra hornilla coloqué la carne y el pollo para que se fuese asando una vez que termine de asar la carne continué a freír las papas y mientras tanto también se terminaba de hacer el chicharrón

Once all this was concluded I served it in several plates and I put them on the table so that everyone could enjoy my delicious meat. Everyone was very pleased and we finished it with a delicious guasacaca that my daughter's mother-in-law brought, well friends I bid you farewell until tomorrow.

Ya concluido todo esto lo serví en varios platos y los puse en la mesa para que todos disfrutaran de mi rica carne quedando todos muy complacidos y la terminamos aderezando con una rica guasacaca que trajo la suegra de mi hija bueno amigos me despido de ustedes hasta mañana.
