Today I will be making another dish that not many people know about, but I hope you will learn about it through today's video.We prepare many types of food to survive, including high-quality food, normal food, etc.However I often prepare food in a simple and normal way because my goal is to prepare healthy food.Today I cooked mixed khichuri using lentils and vegetable.

First of all, my goal for my family and I is to have a good and healthy breakfast in the morning, so first I have to prepare the food.Of course, I try to prepare breakfast or lunch in the healthiest way possible.Because I believe that healthy germ-free food means a healthy body.Only food strengthens our body.So you have to choose the food you like, what kind of food you should eat in the morning.I think you should avoid oily food in the morning.

It is best to avoid oily food and eat vegetables in the morning.However, you can eat white rice and wheat bread with vegetables.My family and I try to eat wheat bread, vegetables, and eggs every morning.But today I have brought another traditional healthy dish that is very beneficial for breakfast.Today's dish is called Mixed Khichuri, which is cooked with lentils and vegetables.This homemade food is very good breakfast.

This homemade khichuri is very healthy and there is no doubt about it.It is not only healthy, but it is also traditional.A lot of vegetables are cultivated in our rural areas during winter and at this time, there is also fresh rice in every household.Since childhood, I have seen that khichuri, made with vegetables and lentils, is a traditional winter dish and It is prevalent in every household in rural areas.This morning I made this khichuri with vegetables, lentils.

But I have to plan in advance to cook this khichuri.It's cold now and it's very cold in the morning, so the family wants to eat hot khichuri.So I woke up early in the morning and planned to cook this khichuri.At the beginning, I gathered and chopped the vegetables.Vegetables must be washed thoroughly.Ingredients at a glance👇.

Cooking this traditional Khichuri requires planning first.The ingredients need to be selected according to the plan, because many types of vegetables and pulses can be used to cook this khichdi.I used lentils.

  • First I mixed the rice and lentils.You need to take a certain amount of rice and pulses here.

  • There can be different types of vegetables, but I took potatoes and cauliflower.

  • Among the essential spices, onion and green chili are the most important.

  • Other essential spices include dry chili powder and turmeric powder.

  • I used cumin paste to enhance the flavor.

  • You will also need oil and salt to taste.

First I mixed all the ingredients and spices together in a bowl.This mixing causes more tests.All the ingredients and spices are mixed together and cooked on the stove without any hassle.Mix everything, add water and cook and just wait for the cooking to finish, which I have shown the complete process in the video.I invite you to watch the video to find out how I mixed it.I made the video myself while cooking and edited it with the Inshoot app.
