Radish Paratha
In the winter season, various types of parathas are made, and one of them is radish paratha, which is not only delicious but also very beneficial for health.
Ingredients:
- Radish - 2 (grated)
- Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
- Green chilies - 7-8 (paste)
- Garlic - 7-8 cloves (paste)
- Flour - 2 cups
- Red chili powder - 2 teaspoons
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Carom seeds (Ajwain) - 1 teaspoon
- Asafoetida (Hing) - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - finely chopped
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - for frying
- Ginger piece - 1 inch
Method:
First, wash the radish with water and peel it with the help of a peeler.

And using a grater,

grate it.

Now take the flour in a bowl.
Add grated radish and a paste of (

onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies) to it.

Then add all the dry spices

(salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, asafoetida, garam masala, chili flakes).

Now add finely chopped coriander leaves
and mix all the ingredients well.

Knead the dough. 
Prepare the dough, adding water if needed. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. After kneading the dough, add 1 teaspoon of oil and

make the dough smooth.
Now, to make the paratha, take a portion of the dough, roll it into a ball with your hands, and using dry flour

roll it out

gently and evenly into a round shape.

Now, heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha on it over low heat.

Flip it over and cook on both sides, applying ghee or oil. 
Fry until golden brown.

Prepare all the parathas in the same way.

Serve and enjoy the radish parathas with sauce, chutney, yogurt, or pickle.
