Ingredients:

2 Boneless chicken breasts
1/2 Cup breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup flour
2 Eggs, beaten
1 Cup grated parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Onion
2 Cloves of garlic
4 Cherry tomatoes
1 Pinch of parsley
Enough salt and pepper

An easy recipe that everyone can prepare

Thin 2 chicken breasts by opening them from the middle to the sides. Cover it with greaseproof paper and lightly beat the chicken breasts. We add enough spices to the softened chicken breasts. Coat all sides with flour in a deep bowl.

We beat two eggs in a separate bowl. In another bowl, we coat the chicken pieces well with breadcrumbs.

Fry the chicken breasts on both sides in a preheated low-fat skillet. We take them on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil and let them rest.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into two equal pieces. Fry the onion, garlic and tomatoes in a pan with the spices. Add the parsley on it.

Put the chicken breasts in a deep baking tray. We add the sauce we have prepared on it. First put a few pieces of Parmesan cheese on the sauce. Then we add grated cheese and add oil on top.

We keep it in a 180 degree preheated oven until it is cooked. Then we serve it in slices.
Bon appetit to everyone.
