Assalamu Alaikum.How are you all food loving community members.Hope you all are well. Today I will share some food pictures with you. Today's topic is Chicken Kathi Kebab. Hope you like it a lot. So let's start.
In winter, everyone likes to eat this Chicken Kathi Kebab. I have heard from many people that they like to eat chicken kathi kebab. But I have never had this Chicken Kati Kebab. This time I got a chance to eat this Chicken Kathi Kebab because of one of my friends. Me and my friend Naseem both live in Saudi Arabia. My friend Naseem is thinking of going to the country after four long years. So I thought of throwing a little party for her supervisor. Then his supervisor says now when you throw the party in winter then let's go to the middle of the desert and think about eating chicken stick kebabs. He said ok ok tonight we will eat chicken kathi kabab together. So without further delay he along with the supervisor brought the ingredients needed to make chicken kathi kababs. Let's show you the necessary equipment needed to eat Chicken Kathi Kebab.

Now we will first cut the chicken pieces into small pieces to make the Chicken Kathi Kebab. Then wash the chicken meat well with two spoons of vinegar and enough water. First of all, I will add vinegar here so that the chicken meat does not smell bad. For this reason we will use vinegar. So that the bad smell of the chicken will go away.
Now I will mix together the necessary ingredients that I mentioned above. Now cut the chicken into small pieces. I will pour the mixed spices inside the small chicken meat and rub it well. One thing you should keep in mind is that you must use mustard oil to make this Chicken Kathi Kebab. I have marinated the chicken pieces well with the mix spices. Now I will cover this fried chicken meat for half an hour.
During the half an hour I covered the mixed chicken meats, I bought some wooden chopsticks and soaked these wooden chopsticks in water for 10 minutes. Because while cooking chicken kebabs, so that the sticks don't burn.
Now I will go to the coal stove. We will show you how to light a coal stove. First I will burn the coal with air by blower machine. You can see how I light the coal stove with air from the blower machine. If you think that we will burn the coal furnace with air by blower machine then you can use my method. And if it is not then you have to fan the coals and burn them. You can see in my posts how I burn with the blower machine.
Now we will place the iron stand above this burning coal stove. Then when this thin iron stand is hot we hand apply small brass mustard oil to the iron stand. So that my chicken sticks don't stick to the kebabs.
Now I will knead the meats one by one with the soaked wooden sticks. In this way I have made many chicken kathi kababs.
Now we have to arrange the chicken kathi kebabs, one by one nicely on the kebab making stand. I have arranged the chicken kathi kebabs very nicely on the stand. Now that Chicken Kathi Kabab decoration stand should be burnt well on top of hot coal stove. As you can see, I have done these steps very nicely. My chicken kathi kababs are done.
Finally you can see that we are friends with six to seven supervisors eating and drinking together. But today our Chicken Kathi Kebab turned out very well. You can already see how beautifully our elder brother took down the chicken stick from the stand and put it down for eating after being kababed. And we sat round to eat. To be honest, we never expected such a good feeling when we started eating this Chicken Kathi Kebab. Because in the middle of the Saudi Arabian desert we came to eat this Chicken Khati Kebab. And now it is the winter season in Saudi Arabia. And in the middle of Saudi Arabia when we went to eat Chicken Kathi Kebab, there was a light breeze. Because you all know that the wind always blows in the middle of the desert. It was a bit chilly and if you can eat hot chicken kathi kebab with it, then you can imagine how much more fun it will be.
