Fácil de hacer: Licor de fresa:
Hoy en la tarde almorcé con licor de fresa creado por mí, un buen aperitivo, algo que llevo haciendo por un tiempo y quería compartir aquí.
La receta es muy sencilla se necesitará:
*Un embace de 5 litros de agua.
*Medio kilo de azúcar.
*Media cucharada de gelatina en polvo sin sabor.
*Media cucharada pequeña de levadura.
*Medio Kilo de fresas.
Lo primero que debes hacer es verter agua en el embace, luego quitarles la parte verde a todas las fresas y cortarlas por la mitad.
Verter al embace 3 litros de agua.; luego verter la levadura y la gelatina, cerrarlo y a continuación batirlo bien.
A continuación, se procede a colocar poco a poco las fresas picadas en el embace.
Luego de todo esto ya puedes guardar el embace en un lugar oscuro a temperatura ambiente mientras se va fermentando por al menos una semana.
Debes estar pendiente de quitarle el gas que produce la fermentación cada cierto tiempo sin abrir por completo la tapa para que no le entre aire al embace y dañe su proceso de fermentación.
Esto es básicamente todo Inténtalo, la verdad queda delicioso y ayuda cuando no hay nada que beber.

Easy to make: Strawberry fermented beverage:
Today in the afternoon I had lunch and a strawberry fermented beverage made by myself, a nice appetizer, something I have been doing for a while and wanted to share here.
The recipe is very simple, you will need:
*A container big enough to fit 5 liters of water.
*3l of clean water.
*1/2 kilo of sugar.
*1/2 tablespoon of unflavored powdered gelatin.
*1/2 a small spoon of yeast.
*1/2 of clean strawberries.
The first thing you should do remove the green part from all the strawberries and cut them in half.
Pour 3 liters of water into the container; then pour the yeast and gelatin, close it and then shake it.
Next, we proceed to gradually place the chopped strawberries in the container.
After all this, you can store the container in a dark place at room temperature while it ferments for at least a week.
You must be aware of removing the gas that fermentation produces from time to time without completely opening the lid so that oxygen does not enter the container and damage its fermentation process.
This is basically all , it's really delicious and helps when there's nothing to drink.
