Egg Mayo Spring Rolls With Corn And Crabstick

Hi bloggers, today I'm going to share a recipe for spring rolls with lots of filling. They taste savory, spicy, creamy, and crunchy. It's easy, just mix everything together and roll it up. Okay, let's get started.

Ingredients:

  • Spring roll wrappers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 corn cob
  • 4 crab sticks
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • Dried parsley
  • Chili powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 20 tbsp water
  • Vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Boil the corn and eggs.

  • Remove the kernels from the boiled corn and peel the eggs.

  • Prepare a bowl and add the mayonnaise, chili sauce, eggs, chopped crab sticks, dried parsley, chili sauce, pepper, and salt.

  • Mix until well combined.

  • Add the shelled corn and mix them

  • Prepare the flour batter for the coating

  • Place the spring roll wrappers on a plate. For one spring roll, I use 2 wrappers

  • Place the filling on top of the spring roll wrapper and add a slice of cheese

  • Roll it up until it is closed and add water at the end as an adhesive.

  • Repeat until all the filling is used up

  • Heat vegetable oil

  • Dip the spring rolls into the prepared flour mixture until evenly coated

  • Fry in hot oil over medium heat

  • Fry until golden brown

  • Remove and drain

  • Let them cool slightly, and the spring rolls are ready to serve
