Happy Sunday Hivers today my husband and I were very busy, doing the shopping, finding my mother, cleaning the house and other tasks but that didn't stop us from having a nice nutritious and I confess, not very dietary lunch. I had some black cabbage, a vegetable that is often found in this period, luckily because it is one of my husband's favorites and I like it too.

For this recipe you will need:

  • 4 Tuscan sausages
  • 300 grams of black cabbage
  • 4 tablespoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper

First, take the cabbage and wash it very well with cold water, then cut the stems and cut the cabbage into medium-sized pieces with a knife or with your hands.

Feliz domingo Hivers hoy mi esposo y yo estuvimos muy ocupados, haciendo las compras, buscando a mi mamá, limpiando la casa y otras tareas pero eso no nos impidió tomar un rico almuerzo nutritivo y lo confieso, no muy dietético.

Comí un poco de col negra, una verdura que se encuentra mucho en esta época, por suerte porque es una de las favoritas de mi marido y a mí también me gusta.

Para esta receta necesitarás:

  • 4 salchichas toscanas
  • 300 gramos de col negra
  • 4 cucharadas de sal
  • 2 cucharadas de pimienta negra

Primero toma la col y lávala muy bien con agua fría, luego corta los tallos y corta la col en trozos medianos con un cuchillo o con las manos.

Luego preparamos una olla con agua y sal y una cacerola, cuando el agua hierva ponemos a hervir la col durante unos 20 minutos a fuego lento. Luego cogemos las salchichas, las limpiamos con cuidado de la tripa y las ponemos en la sartén para que la grasa se cocine bien, las cocinamos unos diez minutos. Escurre bien la col negra y luego ponla en un bol y coloca encima las salchichas, ¡nuestro sabroso plato estará listo para servir caliente!
