We spent this Sunday just eating and watching movies
I was on a short trip abroad, so I couldn't post, and I have to admit I missed it here.
I needed some time to rest and now I'm fine.
I haven't spent any time in the kitchen since I got back and I wanted to make up for it by going crazy.
It's Sunday and we're having a hamburger party at our house.
It's a recipe that everyone loves to eat, with a perfect patty that cooks at the right consistency, much better than the ones we eat outside, with the perfect patty that traps the water inside.
As a wife who loves to eat burgers, we usually do this activity often.
We enjoy eating as many burgers as we want while watching a movie. This is much more enjoyable than the burgers we eat outside.
It is easier and more fun than you think when you prepare it all together:)
Here are the ingredients to make easy and delicious burgers at home,
500 grams of minced meat
-1 egg
-1 tablespoon mustard
-1 tablespoon of grape molasses
-1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-Cheddar cheese
-Hamburger buns
-Pickles
-Mayonnaise
-Hamburger sauce
-Lettuce
Recipe
The most important feature that distinguishes hamburger meatballs from other meatballs is that they are kneaded less and are onion-free.
Add all the ingredients to the minced meat and mix briefly until they are mixed together.
To get the best taste of the meat in the hamburger, we add only salt and black pepper as spices.
Divide the rested mixture into equal parts
Refrigerate for at least one to two hours.
We shape the meatballs. They can be easily shaped by pressing them in the palm of your hand. It can be pressed on it with the help of an apparatus to give a smoother shape.
I definitely use a cast iron skillet for cooking, it's the best way to cook meatballs.
We heat the cast iron skillet well. We put the meatballs we shape into the heated pan and cook them in a short time in front and back.
Put the cheddar cheese on the meatballs and melt it.
For the pickles with mayonnaise, cut the pickles into small pieces, put them in a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix.
We spread the hamburger sauce on the bottom of the hamburger bun.
The sauce contains ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.
Spread the sauce on all the bread and then add the green lettuce leaves.
Add the pickles with mayonnaise on top of the lettuce.
We place the cooked meatballs on the bread. We prepare delicious hamburgers by putting a single layer or double layer of meatballs.
Toasting the bread in a grill pan creates an explosion of flavor. This is definitely a must try.

A side of crispy fries is a must!
Instead of frying the potatoes in oil to make them lighter, we baked them in the oven, as if we were going to eat so many burgers and get less calories :))))
Excuse me, can I get five burgers and a Diet Coke?
