Preparation
First, the fish is not washed and cleaned.
Now the fish should be cut.
Add salt, turmeric and chili powder, ginger, garlic and pasta red onion in a bowl.
In frying pan, fry the sliced onions with the oil for a minute.

The fish should be stirred well with the mixture.
Now You have to wash the fish with the amount of water that is enough.

Fish should be boiled with stirring it with a little water for a minute.
Cover with a little cumin powder and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
When cooked after 20 minutes, do not put in the pan.
