One afternoon we were gathered as a family and we wanted to try something different, and I said to myself let's remember old times. One day I was talking with the gentleman and like all curious chicha I asked him how the chicha he prepared was made, he told me the recipe and I applied it and made it together with my family, adding my own touches such as adding cookies. I wanted to share with all of you this delicious recipe so that, like me, you can enjoy it with your loved ones and refresh yourselves. ✨250gr de Pasta (puede ser corta o larga)
✨ 1 litro de leche liquida
✨100gr de leche en polvo
✨250gr de azúcar
✨200gr de leche condensada (opcional)
✨ Canela en polvo
✨ 1 pisca de Sal
✨ Galletas
✨ Cubos de hielo
Los ingredientes mencionados son para 4 porciones.

Primer paso:
En una olla colocamos a hervir 1 litro de agua, cuando ya está hirviendo el agua agregamos los 250gr de pasta, al agua le colocamos 3 cucharadas de azúcar y una pisca de canela en polvo. Dejarlo cocinar hasta que tenga una contextura bastante blanda.

Segundo Paso:

Tercer Paso:
A medida que va licuando le vamos a ir agregando: 2 cucharadas de azúcar, la leche en polvo, una pisca de canela (opcional) y la leche condensada, dejar mezclar hasta que tengamos una mezcla gruesa.
Third step:
As it is blending we are going to add: 2 tablespoons of sugar, powdered milk, a pinch of cinnamon (optional) and condensed milk, let mix until we have a thick mixture.

Cuarto Paso:
Al tener la mezcla lista, la pasamos por el colador para que los grumos de la pasta sean retirados. Bueno en algunos casos pasa eso por el tipo de licuadora, en mi caso mi licuadora no tiene la suficiente fuerza para dejarla sin grumos y debo realizarle el proceso de retiro de grumo.
Fourth Step:

Quinto Paso:
Al tenerla colada y lista la vertimos a un recipiente limpio ya sea una jarrita o una olla, le podemos agregar los cubos de hielo de una vez o si es a tu gusto le puedes agregar los cubos de hielo directamente en los vasos. En mi caso yo se los agregue de una vez a toda la mezcla. Servimos en los vasos y le agregamos las galletas para dar un mejor sabor.
Fifth Step:
Once it is strained and ready, pour it into a clean container, either a small pitcher or a pot, you can add the ice cubes at once or if you like you can add the ice cubes directly into the glasses. In my case I added them all at once to the whole mixture. Serve in the glasses and add the cookies to give a better flavor.
