Hello beautiful hive community! I must start this post by saying that cooking is not one of my passions, however, there are certain things that improve my mood a lot when I prepare them and among those things are: chicken wings. I started using the airfryer a little over 3 months ago and from the first moment I used it I LOVED it, more than a fryer I feel like an oven, but much more versatile which makes my stay in the kitchen much faster and with incredible results. So, without further ado, let's get started.
Ingredientes:
- Alitas de pollo
- Ajo (Yo use ajo en polvo)
- Pimienta
- Comino
- Cúrcuma
- Orégano
- Rodajas de pan
- Mantequilla
- Aceite
- Sal

Lo que mas me gusta de esta receta es que se hace con poquitos ingredientes y es bastante fácil de hacer, así que empezaremos picando nuestras alitas, generalmente ellas vienen enteras como en la imagen de la derecha, así que realizaremos 3 cortes, así como se muestra en la imagen de la izquierda y desecharemos la pieza que señalo con mi dedo. Yo realmente no la desecho, suelo dársela a mi mascota porque le encanta.
What I like most about this recipe is that it is made with very few ingredients and it is quite easy to make, so we will start by chopping our wings, usually they come whole as in the image on the right, so we will make 3 cuts, as shown in the image on the left and discard the piece that I point to with my finger. I don't really discard it, I usually give it to my pet because he loves it.
Una vez que tenemos los cortes hechos, meteremos todos nuestros pedazos en un bowl y comenzaremos a agregar nuestros condimentos. Me gusta usar ajo en polvo, cebolla en polvo, comino, cúrcuma, oregano que siento que en el pollo le da un super toque especial y algo de sal. Y AQUÍ VIENE UN SUPER TIP para cocinar nuestras alitas, a pesar de que lo innovador de la freidora de aire es que es super sano y 0 aceite, no quedan tan bien así, puesto que se seca mucho y tiende como a quemarse. Así que su servidora acá, le agrega un poquito de aceite, solo un pequeño chorro para evitar los resultados que les comenté. Una vez agregados nuestros ingredientes, los mezclamos y colocamos en nuestra bandeja para luego colocar 200°C por 15 minutos aproximadamente.
Once we have the cuts done, we will put all our pieces in a bowl and start adding our seasonings. I like to use garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, turmeric, oregano which I feel gives the chicken a super special touch and some salt. And HERE COMES A SUPER TIP for cooking our wings, even though the innovative thing about the air fryer is that it is super healthy and 0 oil, they don't turn out so well this way, since it dries out a lot and tends to burn. So your servant here adds a little bit of oil, just a small splash to avoid the results I mentioned. Once our ingredients have been added, we mix them and place them in our pan and then bake at 200°C for approximately 15 minutes.
Al pasar al menos unos 8-10 minutos, abrimos para revolver un poco nuestras alitas y así evitar que queden lados crudos. El tiempo es relativo, si colocamos 15 minutos, pero aún le falta un poco, se le pueden colocar 5 minutos más y queden en la cocción perfecta.
After at least 8-10 minutes, we open the wings to stir them a little and avoid raw sides. The time is relative, if we put 15 minutes, but it still lacks a little, you can put 5 minutes more and they are in the perfect cooking.
Mientras mis alitas se cocinan, tome unas rodajas de pan y les unte mantequilla para luego pasarlas por algo de cocción y así acompañar mis alitas.
While my wings were cooking, I took some slices of bread and spread butter on them and then put them through some cooking to accompany my wings.
No tengo foto de todo en un solo plato porque el hambre atacó JAJAJAJAJA, pero aquí les dejo foto de como quedaron mis alitas cocinadas en airfryer. Una receta DIVINA con pocos ingredientes y facilísimo de hacer.
