Recipe: Delicious breaded chicken fillet - Receta: Delicioso filete de pollo empanizado. 🍗🍅

🍗 Preparation:

We have a clean, drained chicken fillet. We season it well with crushed garlic, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. We coat it thoroughly and then dredge it in plenty of flour and set it aside.

We place a pot with a few tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry the chicken until tender. We cover the pot over medium heat and turn it until it's completely golden brown. I served this delicious chicken fillet with white rice and a salad of lettuce, tomato, and carrot. Ready to enjoy!

🍗 Preparación:

Tenemos un flete de pollo limpio y escurrido, lo salpimentamos bien con el ajo triturado, sal y pimienta, salsa inglesa y soya, lo untamos muy bien y luego lo pasamos por abundante harina y reservamos.

Colocamos una olla con unas cucharadas de aceite, colocamos el pollo a freír, para que quede en suave tapamos la olla con un fuego mediano y damos vuelta hasta que esté totalmente dorado, este delicioso filete de pollo lo acompañe con arroz blanco y ensalada de lechuga, tomate y zanahoria, listo para degustar.
