Hello friends of #hivefood, today I want to share with you the preparation of a dough that I always have in my fridge and gets me out of trouble either for a light meal or a snack is a very versatile dough, easy to mold to the recipe you like either baked or fried, sweet or savory. this time I prepared some tuna stew cakes.

Hola amigos de #hivefood, hoy quiero compartirles la preparación de una masa que yo siempre tengo en mi nevera y me saca de apuros ya sea para una comida ligera o una merienda es una masa mu versátil, fácil de moldear a la receta que mas guste ya sea horneada o freída, dulce o salada. en esta ocasión prepare unos pastelitos de guiso de atún.

  • 500gr wheat flour/ harina de trigo
  • 200ml of milk / leche
  • 1 egg / huevo
  • 80gr butter / mantequilla
  • 1 cda of sugar / azúcar
  • 1cdta of salt / de sal

In a bowl we will place the flour, there we will add the sugar and the salt, we will integrate the dry ingredients well and we will make a small hole in the middle. Where we will add the egg and the butter.

Unimos los ingredientes secos. en un tazón colocaremos la harina, allí le agregaremos el azúcar y la sal, integraremos bien los secos y haremos un hoyito en el medio. Donde agregaremos el huevo y la mantequilla.

Luego vamos a unir el huevo y la mantequilla, amasando con las manos. Hasta obtener una masa arenosa, este sera el punto para agregar la leche.

We will unite everything kneading very well, until we obtain a smooth dough. It will not need more flour or milk, we have to knead it very well without adding anything else, when it is smooth we cover it and let it rest.

Uniremos todo amasando muy bien, hasta obtener una masa lisa. No necesitará más harina ni leche, tenemos que amasarla muy bien sin agregar mas nada, cuando ya este lisa la tapamos y dejamos reposar.

After resting the dough will be soft and very easy to shape. We will make a long roll by dividing it in half and joining it again, kneading it 5 times.

Luego de ya reposada la masa estará suave y muy fácil de moldear. Haremos un rollo largo partiéndolo a la mitad uniéndolo de nuevo amasaremos de esta forma una 5 veces.

Finally the dough is ready to use, I made some fried tuna cakes. This dough is easy to use and store, it is a dough that lends itself to preparations as we want.

Finalmente la masa estará lista para usarla, yo hice unos pastelitos fritos de atún. Esta masa es fácil de usar y conservar, es una masa que se presta para preparaciones como queramos.
