Hello, Hivers! Good day!

It’s me again, @itsmemic , and today, I’m excited to share what made my lunch absolutely enjoyable. Do you know why it was so special? Because I spent it with these two amazing ladies! They’re my workmates, and we’ve been together for a year now. This time was a special moment because we decided to eat outside—a rare treat since we usually eat lunch inside the school campus. The idea of eating out came from my friend, mainly because we didn’t bring any packed food that day and wanted to try something new. Fortunately, we had some extra money to buy something good.

We chose to have lunch at Landong—a peaceful and serene spot, just as the name suggests. The place was quiet and calm, perfect for a relaxing break. What made it even more enjoyable was the fresh breeze; it felt refreshing and gave a much-needed escape from the usual indoor environment. The area also had many food choices, which made the experience exciting and satisfying.

At first, we were quite confused about what to order because the menu had so many options. My friend and I often struggle with making decisions about food, but luckily, our other companion is excellent at picking the best dishes. As always, I ended up saying, "Sure, I’ll have what you’re having!" Isn’t it great to have such easygoing friends?

For our meal, we ordered four pieces of crunchy nuggets because we all love the texture—food with a crunch is always more enjoyable! The nuggets were paired with some sauce, which, interestingly, was originally meant for siomai. However, it turned out to be a great match for the nuggets. Of course, there was rice too, making the meal even more filling. The whole meal was affordable, yet it felt like a real treat—definitely worth it!

We sat at the center of the dining area, which had a lovely view. There were trees providing shade, and beneath them were wooden tables that added to the cozy ambiance. It felt like the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy our meal. The fresh air and natural setting made the experience even better.

As a keepsake of this great instance, we shot a selfie together before finishing our lunch. I smile when I look at that photo because it perfectly portrays the simplicity and delight of our time together.
