Hi, Hivers! @itsmemic once again and tonight, I want to share a special experience celebrating my sister's- @iamlovelykate birthday at Ze Marco Restaurant.

Fun trivia: we’re only two years apart—both in age and as students. Although we get along most of the time, like most sisters, we do have occasional minor disagreements.

Planning the Celebration

The idea to celebrate here was my mom’s, who even took the initiative to reserve a table ahead of time.

Since my parents had work and we had school, dinner was the perfect option for everyone to join without hassle. My dad agreed with the choice, having heard glowing reviews about the restaurant’s food and ambiance.

A Warm Welcome and Birthday Surprise

Upon arrival, the staff asked if we were celebrating a birthday. When my mom confirmed, they prepared a wonderful surprise!

The staff gathered around and enthusiastically performed a lively birthday song—complete with singing, dancing, and coordinated choreography! Their energy was catchy filling the entire restaurant with a festive atmosphere. My sister couldn’t stop smiling, and honestly, we all felt so happy witnessing their effort.

Highlight Moment:
They even gave my sister a “Happy Birthday” banner for photos and a cute cupcake with a lit candle.

Enjoying the Food

Shortly after the performance, our food arrived, and let me tell you—it was absolutely delicious! Every dish exceeded our expectations, from their flavorful sauces to the perfectly cooked crispy dishes.

We didn’t order too much since we’re not heavy eaters and didn’t want to waste food. But everything we tasted was amazing! The quality and presentation of the food showed how much care the restaurant puts into their meals.

Dessert Time!

For dessert, we shared a halo-halo, my mom’s favorite icy treat. She’s always had a sweet tooth and insisted we try it. It was the perfect way to end the meal. She even teased us about how much she was enjoying it, making us all laugh.

As the dinner wrapped up, my dad stepped out first to handle some errands, but I stayed behind to savor the last bites of my food. My sister then suggested we take more photos to remember the night.

I pulled out my phone, and my brother helped. These photos will definitely be cherished memories for us to look back on.
