Tasty beef stew with courgette [ENG||ESP]

HI EVERYONE

During the morning I was quite busy with many activities to do, and at the same time I have to make lunch, because I was in a hurry I decided to make a quick stewed meat, I have 400 grams of beef fillets outside the fridge defrosting, the quickest solution is to chop them a little and put them with seasoning to cook, I will review the stew from time to time, and as it is a quick lunch I will add courgette, this vegetable is cooked very fast, you will see how tasty this is!

I put the meat to cook in a pot over high heat, I put a tablespoon of paprika, ½ teaspoon of dried oregano, a pinch of pepper, three cloves of crushed garlic, a tablespoon of salt, two tablespoons of tomato puree and a cup of water, I put a lid on the pot, and just wait for it to soften before adding the courgette at the end.

The protein is now soft, it's the perfect time to add the courgette cut in small cubes, I only leave it for three to five minutes because I like it to keep its shape.

Once the whole stew is ready, I turn off the cooker and add some herbs (parsley and coriander) as a finishing touch.

A short pasta is perfect for this courgette stew, I also accompanied it with tomato and lettuce, this small and simple salad gives a freshness to the dish.

Sabrosa carne guisada con calabacin

Durante la mañana estuve bastante ocupada con muchas actividades por hacer, y a la vez tengo que hacer el almuerzo, debido a que estaba apurada decidí hacer una carne guisada rápida, tengo 400 gramos de filetes de carne de res afuera de la nevera descongelandose, la solucion mas rapida es trocearlos un poco y colocarlos con aliño a cocinar, ya iré revisando el guiso de a momentos, y como es un almuerzo rápido le voy a añadir calabacín, este vegetal se cocina muy rápido, ya verán que rico queda esto!

La carne la puse a cocinar en una olla a fuego alto, le coloque una cucharada de paprika, ½ cucharadita de orégano seco, una pizca de pimienta, tres dientes de ajo machacados, una cucharada de sal, dos cucharadas de puré de tomate y una taza de agua, le coloque una tapa a la olla, y solo espere a que ablandara para colocarle el calabacín al final.

La proteína ya está blanda, es el momento perfecto de colocar el calabacín cortado en cubos pequeños, yo lo dejo solamente de tres a cinco minutos porque me gusta que conserve su forma.

Una vez que tuve listo todo el guiso he apago la estufa y le añado unas hierbas (perejil y cilantro) como toque final.

Una pasta corta le viene de maravilla a este guiso con calabacín, también lo acompañe con tomate y lechuga, esta pequeña y sencilla ensalada le da una frescura al plato.

Quedó delicioso, y comí bastante hasta quedar llena.
