Feliz sabado por la tarde queridos amigos , es un placer para mi nuevamente estar en esta comunidad , hoy estoy nostálgico recordando a mi padre, que hace 16 años falleció, es tanto los recuerdos que hoy preparé una de sus comidas favoritas : tortilla de rábano con tomate y le agregué salchichas para que mi hijo comiera, era impresionante ver a mi padre comer rábano crudo, le gustaba mucho , cuando lo comía decía: hijo quiero verte comer rábano, eso es bueno para el estómago, desde allí en mi casa consumimos bastante rábano.
En el fondo de la casa habían sembrado varias matas de tomate ,él las arrancaba y se lo comía , cuanta falta me hace.

In the back of the house they had planted several tomato bushes, he would pull them up and eat them, how much I miss them.

Los rábanos sirve para los asmáticos,es diurético y digestivo y los tomates contienen mucha vitamina C.

Ingredientes para la preparación:

• 3 huevos.
• 2 ajíes.
• 1 rábano.
• 1 tomate.
• 2 salchichas.
• Sal al gusto.
• Salsa de ajo.
• 1 cebolla.
• 80 ml de aceite.

Lavar y picar en trozos pequeños la cebolla y los ajies.

Ahora en donde se está sofriendo los aliños colocar la salchichas picadas .
Sacar el huevo de la cáscara , echar en un vaso batir y agregarlo a la sartén.

Picar los pedazos de rábanos y de tomate por la mitad para agregarlo a la sartén de la manera que se observa en la foto, yo elegí picar y colocarlo así , pueden picar y colocarlo de la manera que mejor le parezca. Igual les va a quedar sabroso.

Ahora con los dos huevos restantes sácalo de la cáscara , nuevamente se colocan en un vaso , se batelo y agregalo la sartén.
Nota importante: todo esto a fuego lento , sino se quema.

Con mucho cuidado debes voltearlo y poner a freír por el otro lado.
