Hello hello happy start to the week 🌞 I hope the day is shining very nice for each of you, for my part I find myself working very early making some desserts and food for the house so it has been a busy and very productive obviously, now I take advantage of a few minutes of rest to share with you a super simple orange glaze which I made and used for some delicious cookies.
Hola hola felíz inicio de semana 🌞 espero que el día este brillando muy lindo para cada uno de ustedes, yo por mi parte me encuentro trabajando desde muy temprano haciendo algunos postres y la comida para la casa por lo que ha sido un día ocupado y muy productivo obviamente, ahora aprovecho unos minutos de descanso para compartir con ustedes un glaseado super sencillo de naranja el cual elabore y utilice para unas deliciosas galletas.
To make this glaze, there are not many ingredients to use and it is not difficult to make either, so it won't be a problem if you are a beginner, I know it will look great on you.
●Powdered sugar.
●Orange juice.
●Orange dye.
Para la elaboración de este glaseado no son muchos los ingredientes a utilizar y tampoco es difícil de elaborar así que no será problema alguno si eres un principiante se que te quedará genial.
●Azúcar en polvo.
●Zumo de naranja.
●Colorante naranja.
The amount I made was not much because there were not many cookies, so in a container I added 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar to 1 teaspoon of orange juice 🍊 and mixed it with the help of the whisk until I had a thick cream and Now I add a drop of orange coloring and proceed to mix until I obtain the desired color.
Having the glaze ready I have proceeded to cover the cookies with the help of a spoon but you could also use different utensils to add the glaze, in particular I covered the entire cookie for this I added two layers of glaze, placed the first one and Let it harden and then add the second cover.
La cantidad que he elaborado no ha sido mucha porque no eran muchas galletas así que en un envase a 3 cucharadas de azúcar en polvo le he agregado 1 cucharadita de zumo de naranja 🍊 y lo he mezclado con ayuda del batidor hasta tener una crema espesa y ahora agrego una gota de colorante color naranja y ge procedido a mezclar hasta obtener el color deseado.
Al tener el glaseado listo he procedido a cubrir las galletas con ayuda de una cuchara pero también podrías usar diferentes utensilios para agregar el glaseado, yo en lo particular cubrí toda la galleta para esto le agregue dos capas de glaseado, coloque la primera y lo deje endurecer para luego agregar la segunda cubierta.
