En esta semana santa ha venido a visitarme mi suegra y el día de hoy decidimos hacer el almuerzo juntos combinando nuestros saberes. Ella adobó unas mojarras desde el día de ayer con especias deliciosas como ajo, laurel, tomillo y otros.

Tradicionalmente se han preparado fritando en aceite y con la invención de la freidora de aire ahora hay muchas recetas para preparar así que decidimos ponerlas en esta freidora por 10 minutos y luego darle la vuelta poniendolas de nuevo durante otros 10 minutos.

This Easter week my mother-in-law came to visit me and today we decided to have lunch together combining our knowledge. She marinated some mojarras from yesterday with delicious spices such as garlic, bay leaf, thyme and others.
Traditionally they have been prepared by frying in oil and with the invention of the air fryer there are now many recipes to prepare them so we decided to put them in this fryer for 10 minutes and then turn them over and put them back in for another 10 minutes.

También preparamos un jugo de lulo y acompañamos la mojarra con arroz preparado con uvas pasas, patacones y ensalada de aguacate. Pero no le tomé foto a este plato así que deben imaginárselo y saborearlo en su mente pues estaba delicioso
