[ENG\SPN] Mish-mash

Kudos to everyone in this community. What is the exact recipe of a mish-mash and is there even one? Or is it called that precisely because there is no classic recipe? Mish-mash is a summer dish that is made with lots of peppers, tomatoes and eggs but there are many variations of the recipe. Today I am showing you my version of mish-mash which I really like. I think that this recipe belongs to those that come to the rescue when you need to prepare something quick for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

• 300-400 g fresh peppers
• 3 eggs
• 100 g white salted cheese
• a few green onions
• GHEE
• salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Chop the peppers and onions as you like. Crumble the cheese and crack the eggs.

In a heated pan, melt the fat.

Put the onions and peppers to fry.

Sauté under a lid until the peppers are soft and the water has evaporated from them. Only fat should remain.

Put the eggs and cheese. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Cook until the eggs are ready.

El mish-mash es un plato de verano que se hace con muchos pimientos, tomates y huevos, pero hay muchas variaciones de la receta. Hoy os voy a enseñar mi versión de un batiburrillo, que me gusta mucho. Creo que esta receta es de las que vienen al rescate cuando necesitas preparar algo rápido para el almuerzo o la cena.

Ingredientes:

• 300-400 g de pimientos frescos
• 3 huevos
• 100 g de queso blanco salado
• 2 cucharadas de queso crema 100 g de feta
• GEE
• sal y pimienta al gusto (opcional)

Picar los pimientos y las cebollas al gusto. Desmenuzar el queso y batir los huevos.

En una sartén caliente, derrita la grasa.

Poner a freír las cebollas y los pimientos.

Saltear a cubierto hasta que los pimientos estén blandos y el agua se haya evaporado de ellos. Sólo debe quedar grasa.

Añadir los huevos y el queso. Sazonar con sal y pimienta al gusto. Cocinar hasta que los huevos estén hechos.
