El día de hoy miércoles les preparé a mi familia unas ricas hamburguesas de pollo, ya que no hice ningún plan extraordinario fue perfecto para el día y para qué disfrutarán de una rica comida .

Today, Wednesday, I prepared some delicious chicken burgers for my family, since I didn't make any extraordinary plans, it was perfect for the day and why they will enjoy a delicious meal.

Ingredientes:
Pan de hamburguesa
Pechuga de pollo
Tomate
Lechuga
Cebolla
Harina de trigo
Harina pan
Sal
Pimienta
Mayonesa
Mostaza

La preparación de mi pollo especial es súper fácil y queda divino, picamos toda la pechuga de pollo, le colocamos sal y pimienta al gusto, seguidamente de 1 huevo, integramos todo muy bien, luego echamos la harina de trigo y él harina pan para poner el pollo bien crujiente, lo freímos con el aceite bien caliente y listo, te quedará un pollo delicioso 🤤.

The preparation of my special chicken is super easy and it is divine, we chop all the chicken breast, we put salt and pepper to taste, then 1 egg, we integrate everything very well, then we add the wheat flour and the bread flour to make the chicken very crispy, we fry it with the oil very hot and ready, you will have a delicious chicken🤤.

Lavamos los vegetales muy bien, picamos los tomates en rodajas finas, la cebolla en julianas para luego ponerlas a caramelizar con un poco de agua y azúcar, también limpiamos muy bien la lechuga, la lavabamos y aderezamos con mostaza y mayonesa, un poco de azúcar y sal.

We wash the vegetables very well, chop the tomatoes into thin slices, the onion in julienne strips and then caramelize them with a little water and sugar, we also clean the lettuce very well, wash it and season it with mustard and mayonnaise, a little sugar and salt.

Luego de todo eso arme mi hamburguesa de esta manera, ponerle a nuestro pancito caliente la salsa de mayonesa con mostaza, seguidamente de la lechuga, tomate y cebolla caramelizada, luego el pollo más delicioso y crujiente y listo pancito otra vez.

After all that, build my hamburger in this way, put the mayonnaise sauce with mustard on our hot bread, then the lettuce, tomato and caramelized onion, then the most delicious and crispy chicken and ready the bread again.

Acompañe las hamburguesas de unas papas al vapor y gaseosa, comimos súper rico y algo diferente en casa. Espero les haya gustado, una receta sencilla pero realmente me quedaron deliciosas y todo los ingredientes de calidad.
