Vizpera de noche buena 🎄 y ya huele delicioso en mi cocina, los días han pasado muy rápido y ya casi es navidad.
El presupuesto a estado apretado como en años anteriores andamos rindiendo el dinero para poder comprar los ingredientes para preparar la comida navideña.
No puedo decir lo contrario todo está costoso y hay que buscar muy bien para encontrar calidad, porque definitivamente no es solo comprar sino adquirir alimentos que puedan resultar la mejor preparación.
El menú navideño es tradición en casa, no debe faltar unas ricas hallacas, ensalada, pan de jamón y un pollo horneado que nos reúne a la mesa y nos permite disfrutar de un festín navideño en familia.
Este año nos tocó fuerte y apenas hoy estamos preparando el menú, el cual hemos dividido en dos momentos para compartir en noche buena, navidad y fin de año y claro en año nuevo.
Todo cambia menos la tradición en mi cocina en navidad, el esfuerzo lo vale todo si puedo reunir a mi familia a la mesa en estás noches que nos recuerdan que este año se termina.
No importa dónde estemos en navidad, lo importante es que todos vengan a cenar, porque el amor del hogar no se cambia por nada, como tampoco se cambia disfrutar una deliciosa comida en navidad.
Nuestro chef favorito nos prepara siempre las mejores comidas, ese sazón no lo cambio por nada, agradezco a la vida que aún podemos disfrutar de la cocina juntos cada navidad.
El olor del guiso, la torta horneando y esa música de fondo que aviva el ambiente de mi cocina, me recuerda que la bendición del creador se manifiesta de diferentes formas y que una de ellas es esta deliciosa comida que este año al igual que los anteriores me ha permitido disfrutar.
La comida de navidad es tradición y a eso huele mi cocina hoy... 🎄

It smells like Christmas.
Christmas Eve 🎄 and my kitchen already smells delicious. The days have flown by and it's almost Christmas.
The budget has been tight, as in previous years, and we're stretching our money to buy the ingredients to prepare Christmas dinner.
I can't say otherwise, everything is expensive and you have to search hard to find quality, because it's definitely not just about buying food, but about buying food that will make the best meal.
The Christmas menu is a tradition in our home. We must have delicious hallacas, salad, ham bread, and a baked chicken that brings us together at the table and allows us to enjoy a Christmas feast with the family.
This year has been tough, and we are just now preparing the menu, which we have divided into two parts to share on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and of course, New Year's Day.
Everything changes except the tradition in my kitchen at Christmas. The effort is worth it if I can gather my family around the table on these nights that remind us that this year is coming to an end.
It doesn't matter where we are at Christmas, the important thing is that everyone comes to dinner, because the love of home cannot be replaced by anything, nor can enjoying a delicious meal at Christmas.
Our favorite chef always prepares the best meals for us. I wouldn't trade that flavor for anything. I am grateful that we can still enjoy cooking together every Christmas.
The smell of the stew, the cake baking, and the background music that livens up the atmosphere in my kitchen remind me that the Creator's blessings manifest themselves in different ways, one of which is this delicious food that I have been able to enjoy this year, just like in previous years.
