Easy cocktails for these parties

** Welcome to the bar. **

This time I drink options and recommendations for Christmas drinks, one * classic * and another * "exotic" *.

Points to keep in mind:

There are 3 mainstays to a drink / cocktail.

** Taste **: It has to be balanced, not very alcoholic, nor very subtle.

** Freshness **: we are not only referring to the temperature of the same, but also to the quality of the ingredients.

** Visual **: We know that everything enters the eyes first, so a good decoration (garnish) adds a lot to the visual impact, as well as a suitable glass (container)

When it comes to cocktails, you don't need a sophisticated glass goblet, but rather ingenuity, something simple and "gourmet".

It can be a long transparent glass, a granny's glass with details or a canchera jug.

Let's go with the first one !!!

  • The Classic: * 🙂

Here in Argentina it became fashionable over time and thanks to the brunches this alcoholic and fresh drink that consists of 2 simple ingredients, in the alcoholic base a champagne (sparkling) and orange juice.

With you ** ~~ LA MIMOSA ~~ **

500 ml of sparkling wine **

It can be prepared in a jar decorated with sliced oranges inside and as tips it can be served in glasses with a cherry or icing inside.

Ideal for the midnight toast.

And for the previous I offer you a relaxed, fresh and light drink. Ideal to accompany food or wait for it with a snack.

** 60 mll Cynar

15 ml Pink Grapefruit juice

10 ml lemon juice

1 tsp sugar **

** Mint **

In a glass add the mint branches, the tablespoon of sugar and the lemon juice. Fill the glass with ice, add the measure of Cynar and complete with grapefruit juice. Mix a little with a spoon.

Secret tip: put the mint in your hands and clap, that releases the scents and flavors of the leaf before placing it in the glass.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of grapefruit! 🤗

Greetings from the other side of the bar, the chaino.
