Hoy vuelvo de nuevo para compartir con ustedes una receta muy práctica y deliciosa que vi por ahí y sé que les va a encantar. Estos muffins están hechos con pan de molde y rellenos con un poco de tocino que estarán deliciosos para esta rica merienda.
Podemos preparar muffins con cualquier ingrediente que tengamos o queramos y siempre serán fáciles y prácticos a la hora de prepararlos, por eso hoy decidí hacerlo con pan y le agregaré un rico aderezo hecho con tocino que estará súper delicioso😋
Today I am back again to share with you a very practical and delicious recipe that I saw out there and I know you are going to love it. These muffins are made with sandwich bread and filled with a little bacon that will be delicious for this nice afternoon snack.
We can prepare muffins with any ingredient we have or want and they will always be easy and practical when preparing them, that's why today I decided to do it with bread and I will add a rich dressing made with bacon that will be super delicious😋
50gr de tocino
6 rebanadas de pan de molde
2 rebanadas de queso mozzarella
2 lonchas de queso fundido
2 cucharadas de salsa roja
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
Cilantro al gusto
2 dientes de ajo
½ cebolla roja
½ tomate
1 pimiento dulce
50gr of bacon
6 slices of sandwich bread
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
2 slices of melted cheese
2 tablespoons red sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
Cilantro to taste
2 cloves garlic
½ red onion
½ tomato
1 sweet chili bell pepper

Lo primero que haremos será aplanar cada rebanada de pan de molde dejándolas bien estiradas, ya que las utilizaré como base para nuestras muffins rellenos. Después cogeré un vaso (esto es opcional) para hacer el corte redondo.

Luego comenzaré a preparar rápidamente la mezcla que será el relleno de nuestros muffins. Pondré un sartén a fuego medio-bajo con una cucharada de aceite de oliva y los dientes de ajo rallados junto con la cebolla picada en trozos pequeños, luego sofreiremos y añadiré el tocino removeremos y añadiremos el medio tomate con el chile, añadiremos el onoto, la sal y el orégano al gusto removeremos y luego taparemos y dejaremos reposar.

Teniendo casi todo listo comenzaré a colocar el pan de molde en los huecos del molde y con la ayuda de una brocha rociaré el aceite de oliva con una pizca de cilantro picado en miniatura. Después lo llevaré al horno unos minutos esperando a que se dore un poco.

Finalmente, luego de sacar el pan de molde del horno, comenzaremos a rellenar nuestros muffins con la mezcla de tocino y luego le agregaré la salsa de tomate, trocitos de queso mozzarella y queso amarillo. Luego lo llevaremos al horno previamente calentado por unos 10 minutos esperando a que se cocinen y doren🍞
