Hello friends, happy day! I hope you are well and that you had a nice week. As for me, I'm feeling pretty good. I'm stopping by to tell you a little bit about my experience having breakfast Boyasence style.

Something that I enjoyed a lot in my last trip and as you can see in my profile is that I visited many beautiful restaurants with delicious food, being in Zipaquira I could not leave without trying their breakfast which had been recommended to me. So walking through the square we found a restaurant called "Sal & sabor".

Upon entering, the girl offers us several options for breakfast, among them, Castilla or fish broth, chicken and pork tamale, changua, moñona which is a dish that brings arepa, egg, rice, meat, ripe slice, in short, it is quite complete, among other typical options of this region. On recommendation I decided to try the tamale as Fer did and to go with it I wanted to try the hot chocolate of this place. Something I didn't know is that here they serve the tamale with bread, I was a little surprised since usually in Barranquilla the tamale are served without bread, however, I gave myself the opportunity to try it and it was amazing.

Personally, I really liked this kind of breakfast, I feel that it is one of those that give you enough energy and leave you satisfied so we could continue with our trip and adventure without any problem. Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren bien y que hayan tenido una linda semana. Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien. Paso por aquí a contarles un poco de cómo fue mi experiencia desayunando al estilo Boyasence.

Algo que disfrute bastante en mi último viaje y como pueden notar en mi perfil es que visite muchos restaurantes hermosos con comida deliciosa, al estar de paso en zipaquirá no podía irme sin probar así sea su desayuno el cual me habían recomendado bastante. Así que caminando por la plaza nos encontramos con un restaurante llamado "Sal & sabor".

Al entrar, la chica nos ofrece varias opciones para desayunar entre esas caldo de Castilla o pescado, tamal de pollo y cerdo, changua, moñona que es un platillo que trae arepa, huevo, arroz, carne, tajada madura, en pocas palabras, es bastante completo, entre otras opciones típicas de esta región. Por recomendación yo me decidí por el tamal al igual que Fer y para acompañar quise probar el chocolate caliente de este lugar. Algo que no sabía es que aquí sirven el tamal con un pan, me sorprendí un poco ya que por lo general en Barranquilla los pasteles se sirven sin pan, sin embargo, me di la oportunidad de probar y estaba increíble.

Este tipo de tamales lo hacen con harina y con muchísima proteína por lo que es un punto positivo, estaba delicioso a demás que al añadirle picante le daba un plus, el pan se sentía bastante fresco y al combinarlo con el chocolate sabía súper rico. Puede sonar como una combinación algo rara jajaja pero de verdad sabía muy bien, por otra parte, mis acompañantes pidieron caldo de costilla el cual les gustó mucho ya que les ayudó con la resaca.

En lo personal, me gustó bastante este tipo de desayuno, siento que es de esos que te dan bastante energía y dejan satisfecha por lo que pudimos seguir con nuestro viaje y aventura sin ningún problema. Sin más, por aquí les comparto algunas fotos amigos, nos leemos en una próxima. Un abrazo ❤️
