Many have heard about cherries, haven't they ....

the recipe is from an old magazine from the 80s ....

There is a lot of work around it, because of course you need to pick cherries, climb on cherries, wash them, prepare bottles, other ingredients, take them out in the sun every day for a month and a half, drain them, store them in bottles, and then wait for it to stand ....

it is a long way to consumption, but it pays off ....
This is a liqueur that delights everyone who tries it.

I don’t know if it’s because of our homemade cherries or maybe brandy, but it’s really perfect.

After a while, it becomes as thick as honey and is a real light "feminine" drink.61677856_148342799663128_5457377070558478336_n

  1. Repeat the process until the jar is filled almost to the top.
Place the jar of cherries in the sun and cover with a saucer (never with a lid).
When the sugar is completely dissolved, fill the jar to the top with brandy, stir gently and close with a lid.
Store the cherries in the pantry and let them stand for at least a month.
