I'm "trying" to lose weight!

I was too skinny, I went to the gym, I ate as hell, gained so much weight to the point I now have a big belly.

I think I got the wrong advice when I was told about bulking that you should eat anything that gets in your way, and while it helped me gain a lot of weight that I needed, it was a bad advice.

Turns out, you only need 500 kcal more not 5000 😂

So, I'm currently trying to eat healthier food, and avoid eating late, do more cardio especially walking and running.

In the past I rarely ate, sometimes I just got 1 meal a day, now I can eat up to 6 meals a day that are dense.

Still the problem is; I know very few things to do that are actually healthy, mainly boiled eggs and salad 😂

What other healthy food can I eat which wouldn't take more than 10 minutes of preparation so it could be something easy for me to do every day? If you have any recommendations I'd love to know them!

It feels good when you eat healthy food because you know you did the right thing for your mind and body, such a beautiful feeling.
