Awesome, that is definitely my kind of sandwiching here... BTW i love your egg-poacher, wasn't aware that exists. Hahaha!

    Thank you @mondoshawan,I love my egg poacher too.
    The sandwich was rather a wee bit messy, but oozed with flavor. Lol!
    I just enjoy Sandwichteering community tremendously.
