seeing your post, made me want to make my own version of the sandwich. The funny thing is, last night I thought about making sandwiches from tempeh or other ingredients to match the shape of sandwich bread.

well, when using a knife, it feels like a woman has a world of her own to prepare meals. :) sometimes my fingers hurt after I sharpen my knife again. but I'm getting excited to prepare food
