History of Burj Al-Arab Dubai, my own predicted exploration

in #historyofburjularab6 years ago (edited)

Since my childhood, I have just watched a documentary belongs to, “creating an incredible island in Dubai” on the national geographic channel. Actually, I was a kid at that time but it remained in a side corner of my memory. Today I got a chance to google it, then I found how they created it. Literally, it is inspiring for me, how they constructed such a giant island on the deep and shallow blue sea named it as Jumeirah Beach. Actually, the shocking documentary has increased my excitement to plan my jaunt to Dubai. Three months ago, I booked a flight by Emirates for a month stay. So, I wanted to get a collection of own research upon it. I headed out of the airport, grab a private transport service by renting a car in Dubai and peacefully went to my location. Rental car hiring in Dubai did not underestimate my courage by boosting for more classical info about Burj Al Arab gave to me by their driver. I hired them for a monthly car rental purpose.

  • Precise information about Burj Al-Arab:

It was not a story of a single day that I pick my bag up and start the search in a day. No, never, it could take 26 days to complete my research about its history, who designed it, how he constructed it and most of all how he got help by government cooperation for building a giant piece of history. The project was opened in 1999. The name of the architect is, Tom Wright; Burj Al-Arab is a dynamic piece of his notable work. Well, it was a five-year project, three years for creating an island by throwing sand in blue seas’ depth for day and night while two years to build a hotel on it. This iconic chunk was a masterpiece of its own time. When I was standing in front of this monster LOL! Burj Al-Arab I thought, its day-dreaming but soon I realized, this is it  that I am really standing there.

  • Good to know about info as well:

I had a great experience with own research because I can proudly say that I collected all the information by myself. So, I will always keep this jaunt in my good books. I think there always remain a question in our mind why we move on just like guests? Why we cannot stay where there we love to have fun. Everything needs a cost to pay. Even it is said that happiness costs nothing. But I would say, happiness like worlds’ number 1 seven star hotel, Burj Al-Arab is a happiness that requires a cost to give you a smile. It is most expensive but a joy able part to plan a jaunt to Dubai.
