Why don't you look for people whom you believe could use a positive word and then instead of keeping it to yourself, say it to them. If you are a female and see someone with beautiful hair, let them know. Instead of being jealous, share the joy and let the other persons day be cheered up as you tell them (even though they might be a complete stranger) that they have beautiful hair.
The world becomes full of magic as you start sharing such positive words with your surroundings, and your life suddenly becomes more colorful and joyful as well!
