Honestly to live in those harsh conditions you had to be a tough people....its impressive that they were able to prosper in a semi desert.

Howdy sir towjam! yes it's amazing how they adapted to the harsh environment and were able to thrive by using what was available like making bread from desert plant roots and utilizing every part of the cactus plants.
I agree about the clothing, it just doesn't seem right. I guess more practical in a town setting though.
