Surely they have heard of bullying and they seem, in some way, exaggerated as adults see this behavior, because in the following lines we will explain why they see it that way.

Well, let's start with the concept, bullying is a physical and psychological abuse between a student and his classmates, it is a continuous harassment that usually occurs in schools and also in universities. It provokes in the harassed discomfort, insecurity and harassment. Regrettably, bullying has claimed several lives, being the highest percentage among adolescents.

Normally the victims of this lack of behavior are the most sensitive, calm and docile people, people responsible for the studies. Their victimizers are usually rude or think they are rude with average academic performance. It must be taken into account that both are of similar ages and need psychological help.

Well, there are types of jokes and games that are not suitable, from the point of view of other people, because they make other classmates uncomfortable. You have to be careful not to humiliate anyone, much less embarrass them. Well, once you are the point of ridicule for your colleagues, you suffer harassment and low self-esteem, depression begins and erroneous decisions are reached due to the social pressure that is felt.

It is not an exaggeration, it happens every moment, if you are a victimizer, put yourself in the victim's place and change your attitude, humiliating the rest does not make you any stronger or stronger. If you are a victim, seek help, that will not make you weaker. In case you see a case of bullying dennounce it, that will not make you "snitch", to the contrary, it will make you more human, in solidarity with others.

Bullying is a reality, it is a behavior that is experienced every day and of which we are all witnesses. Let's be responsible with the issue so that it does not cost more lives, do not do to others what you would not want them to do to you.
