Oh that will be such a loss! I love that place. I wish I could buy all these place to preserve them. why are our rich people not doing this work? They are too busy making money destroying stuff.

Exactly right my friend. Destroy the old and beautiful and in its place build 20 small townhouses to get a monthly rental from each.
