There is immense truth in this. I really like the title of this post, as it gets straight to the point. As someone who studied history in school, I must say that I've always found it to be a bit strange how different countries and different cultures viewed past events differently and had vastly different views on what really happened. They teach about propaganda, but I believe that their very teachings of it and of the past are exactly that.
