Swastika was also a popular symbol in Slavonic mythology. In southern Poland it was popular at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries; therefore, churches with this symbol can be found there. It was only after the aggression of Germany to Poland in 1939 that this symbol became a socially prohibited.
