That was a great gesture to Phelps, but how can you be upset with all the technology athletes to have nowadays. Maybe it levels the playing field, but to me it just make those that are truly talented and exceptional that much more so.

Maybe it's just American culture or just human nature, but why does someone from 2 different times always have to be the "best"? Like comparing Lebron to MJ to Kobe. Why can't they all just be the best of there generation.

It will be interesting to see if AI ever gets to the point though if we can scientifically simulate who is the official "best"
