Frank loved his job because he was agin outlaws! He would be very unpopular today though, as law enforcement putting an end to crime is now seen as a bad thing. Some folks seem to think we need more crime, not less.

That's a great point free-reign, many times today the criminals play the victim and even get sympathy while their victims are devastated. Yeah, he might be fired from his position today for being hard on crime!
