Dead serious. He told us some really awesome stories. I looked up his military record, unfortunately the building that contained a ton of the records from that time burnt down. But I was able to find some really neat records, hand written notes that he had taken after watching one of his wingmen get shot down and unfortunately that guy is still MIA.
