I totally love to learn new things.
I also totally love things that have the ability to produce income.
If I find a place in life where these two loves collide, I have found a serious happy place. And I may stay and hang out there a while...
I had this occur another time recently too, as I have been asking to expand my horizons in regards to combining my passions with my income producing side of life. I discovered that my rock and crystal passion could turn into serious jewelry making (with a few additional tools) or at least cutting and polishing stones for other jewelers. My amazing beau bought me a kids rock tumbler to play with and now I have a full blown rock extravaganza going on in the garage.
Sometimes I get carried away. Because I LOVE learning and money in the same sentence!!! I do always try to monetize my passions so I can justify spending time CREATING.
Anyway... here a while back I was asked by my beloved to research this thing called cryptocurrency. What is it cryptocurrency? What does it do? How do we get some? How/where to buy? Does it buy stuff? Etc...
Ok, I thought. No big deal. Right? I research things all the time, this will only take a few minutes and I will get back to you, lover.
Seven hours later I have 137 internet browser windows open and am studying up on which exchange I am about to use to do my first trades. I have 2 (maybe three) #blockchain wallets and have already purchased a little bit of something just to get my feet wet. I am so excited I can hardly stand myself and this is not even close to the reason I have been asked to do this research in the first place. I was supposed to be researching so we could talk about investing in some group thing, but instead fell down an internet wormhole that led to me buying two kinds of crypto in a few hours with plans to get my hands on more very soon.
Let's just say that this will be one more thing I cannot wait to share with my friends who are serious about investing in a diversified income producing way of life. The market is a little volatile in the ALT coins, but in general, the cryptocurrency is gaining value and momentum so quickly it is probably going to do everything the "experts" say and more.
I read up on who all is invested in cryptocurrency and why. I have now researched dozens of different coins and their where/when/why/how and am trading on two exchange platforms and may soon be on a third. I love to be diversified, if you didn't know. I read about some Bathrobe Billionaires who are making a significant income in digital currency and it has only just begun.
I'm all the way in. And having a ball earning money in my sleep. For real.
I am totally in love with the entire TRADING game.
I have just completed yet another research mode task in regards to investing and am on my way to growing my portfolio even more. I really enjoy learning about how to make money grow. I want to talk about it with other like minded people, often. I am having lots of fun and building a retirement fund.
Everyday that I check the balance, if it has grown even the slightest I am happy. This week is has been growing in such a way I know I need to be investing regularly and I will get to see even more growth. So. Much. Fun.
I once told a High School typing teacher I did not need to learn computers.
Now am using one everyday to earn my living in multiple directions.
I thought I was only good at creating things to produce wealth with my hands, and I am learning that I can produce these things with my BRAIN POWER! In life, mostly I have used my ability to create a tangible product or service for others to earn income. The idea that I can plan investments and structure financial growth from investments alone never struck me as possible.
And now I am doing it. Today I decided I needed an official plan to place a certain amount in investments each month instead of just the bank. I have been talking about investments with my guy lately. This is such an incredible turn-on! And since we are doing our best to be the greatest power couple we can be, we are having a great time together in this adventure. We both have crypto, and wallets, and such. Adulting, for real.
I am going for it and watching the money grow.
I have just recently been inspired to take my financial growth to a new level. But that doesn't mean I can't encourage others to do the same. I have recently discovered STEEMIT!!! And I love this site too! I have been reading and "liking" and soon I will even move some of my COINS to this platform so I can contribute more.
