The Wednesday morning Energy Meditation group in The Villages, Florida had its yearly holiday party. Over 100 people ages 50-95, had the magical opportunity to experience a morning of Humandalas.
We started with a group meditation, then each of the 12 tables was given a card to talk about and share the humandala suggested with the group, then all of us would try it. We laughed, we connected and felt spirit as well.
