initminer is the default name for a block producer on steem - that means there isn't even 1 witness. It also appears to be closed source, so no one can do anything about that. I'm sure the owners are currently ninja-mining it and will probably dump the crap out of it shortly after being listed on an exchange, if that ever even happens.
