The reduction in rewards paid out - the regression. I wonder if Steemit is collecting a commission or something. I am not real happy either. HF19 is not made for wimps. Perhaps they did this to sort to do some spring cleaning. OH BOY!!

Yeah. I think it's equality for minnows and enforced manual curation. Not sure I like the second part. First part has some issues too now that we're seeing some reward pool drain.
