they are not just protecting it, they expanded production to highest levels ever. even the invasion on afganistan happened just because talibans stopped production completely.
but related to end users, i think they should be provided with heroin, and everyone who wants to get on that, should be allowed. maybe streamed live, so the trher people can watch.
