Answer is b) I think he may be the creator and developer of Dtube?
I'd love to embrace and use Dtube exclusively for my videos, but I feel it needs more development to enable myself and others to fully submerge ourselves into it. When it's stable and totally user friendly I'll then happily move my existing YouTube content over to the platform.
In the meantime, I'll just sit here and watch for further developments.
