Submit to Blockchain Problem-D tube

Hi,I recently tried to upload an image to d tube.But it gets stuck at uploading to Blockchain part.
I've tried with smaller videos but still the same result.Any suggestions?

How did you solve the problem?

Maybe the IPFS/G5 is only supported by Win7/or higher?
