When I try to upvote posts or comments, I get the "loading" icon...... forever.
I tried rebooting my PC. Other members of the household are able to log in and upvote with their accounts, no problem. It's just poor old @hempy. Things were working fine just a few hours ago. :(
I try not to let my voting power hit 100.00% and usually upvote something at 99%. It's approaching full now, and it bothers me that this glitch will cost me. It's only pennies, but what if it was a large amount?
Does anyone know why my upvotes aren't working? :(

Probably because your delegated Steem Power is gone now. :(
You only have 1.4 Steem of your own, so your vote isn't even worth $0.001, which means you can't upvote (or flag) posts or comments. You're kind of a non-Steemian now, sorry. You'll have to beg for scraps to survive. Maybe you can try and get your posts noticed, earn a few Steem over time, and finally be able to vote again. Then you'll slowly be able to grow.
That makes me really sad! But it seems true :(
